Artist and curator Susanne Slavick is the Andrew W. Mellon Professor of Art at Carnegie Mellon University where she served as Head of the School of Art from 2000-06. Slavick’s work pursues empathic unsettlement through images that remind us of what we stand to lose after what we have lost already. Slavick is the Fine Art Juror for our Annual Juried Student Exhibition.

Becky Slogeris: Human-Centered Design

Becky Slogeris is Associate Director at the Center for Social Design at Maryland Institute College of Art. She uses collaborative and human-centered processes to explore the most pressing needs of young people in and out of the classroom. She also teaches in MICA’s undergraduate graphic design department and is the Graphic Design Juror for our Annual Juried Student Exhibition.
